SPX PREMIUM LICENSE

SECTION 1: Definitions

  a. ITEM: a template, template pack, software component or other file
     purchased from SPX Store covered by this license.

  b. HOST COMPUTER: Computer running a software such as a web browser to load
     or otherwise use the Item.

  c. PRODUCTION: Including, but not limited to, a video stream or video
     production which is using the Item to produce the end result for buyer or
     it's client.

  d. ORGANIZATION: Buyer's household, company or organization which is
     producing Productions.

  e. LICENSOR: The copyright holder (Softpix Ltd).

The license provides the purchasers with a non-exclusive, commercial license to
use the Item on up to 10 Organization's Host computers.


SECTION 2: What you can do

 a. Use the Item to create Productions for Organization or Organization's
    clients using the Item on up to 10 Host computers;

 b. make backup copies of the Item to be used on the Host computers;

 c. edit and modify the Item to meet the needs of Productions.


SECTION 3: What you can't do

 a. Use the Item on more than 10 Host computers (an example: if the Item is
    needed on 25 Host computers 3 licenses are required);

 b. share, sell or redistribute the Item, as-is or with modifications,
    outside the Organization.


SECTION 4: Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

   The Item is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
   fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall
   the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether
   in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in
   connection with the Item or the use or other dealings with the Item.
